Completed in 2022, this parking lot turned apartments is the first commercial property built under Uptown’s EcoInnovation District. The 51-unit ground-up construction building features ground level retailer, Redhawk Coffee + Market, alongside tenant amenities such as a green roof, gym, lobby/lounge, indoor parking, and more. The McAllister Equities/Epic Development partnership designed, developed and manages the property.
