In partnership with Monmade, R.K. Mellon Foundation and Downtown Pittsburgh Partnership; PG&H champions local makers and producers in a design-forward downtown retail experience. Joined by independent Oakland coffee roaster, Redhawk Coffee, the collaborative space was designed/project managed as well as co-curated by Epic Development. The former vacant 1,500 sq/ft retail space showcases local homewares, furniture and more. Epic utilized all local producers to create the space including Urban Tree countertops, Printsburgh wallpaper, Bones & All furniture and more. The temporary project runs from Fall 2018 through Winter 2020 at 536 Smithfield St.
